She made sure to talk me through the process step by step, letting me know how certain things were going to feel like or sound like. She truly put me at ease. Her demeanor was calming and she let me take the lead on how much or how little I wanted to chat while I got my services done. Would I go back?! You bet your bottom dollar!!
